Cookie policy

In brief

We use no profiling, analytics or third-party cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own domain. For this reason we do not ask for consent: the tools we use are technical and necessary (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code; Garante guidelines of 10 June 2021).

Technical tools

Cloud account session cookie ("sz_s"): HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, lasting up to 30 days or until you sign out; it keeps you signed in.

Browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage): preferred language, drafts (consultation question, contract, notes), accounts and data saved on this device, service status. These stay in your browser; you can delete them in your browser settings or from the account page.

Cloudflare may set technical security cookies (for example __cf_bm) to distinguish human traffic from bots.

Managing them

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings; some features (sign-in, saving) may then not work.
