These terms govern the free use of the site and its tools. Consulting engagements are governed by separate contracts.

Who may use the site

The site is intended for adults. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the data you provide are true.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts 'on this device' are stored only in your browser: if you clear your browser data or change device, we cannot recover them. You can export and delete your data at any time.

Nature of the content

The content and tools serve cultural and reflective purposes. They are not predictions, nor psychological, medical, legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and must not be the sole basis for a decision. AI-generated reflections may contain errors.

Permitted use

You may not: systematically copy or automatically extract content; use it commercially without consent; use the site for unlawful purposes or to compromise its security; enter third-party data without authority.

Availability and liability

The free tools are provided 'as is', with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from decisions based on its content; liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded, and consumers' rights under the Italian Consumer Code are unaffected.

Changes, law and jurisdiction

We may update these terms; the version in force is published on this page. Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of their residence or domicile has jurisdiction; otherwise the courts of Milano.
