Data we process

Browsing data: the site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser for security and operation. We use no analytics or profiling tools.

Enquiries: name, email, and optionally organisation, role, phone and the text of your request.

Accounts: for a cloud account we store your email, name, a key derived from your password by a cryptographic function (never the password itself) and the content you choose to save (readings, favourites, enquiries, contract drafts, notes). For an account on this device, all of this stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

Consultations: the questions you type into the consultation engine are processed in your browser. They reach us only if you save them to a cloud account or ask for an AI-written reflection; in that case the text is sent to Cloudflare's Workers AI service for processing and is not stored by us.

Please do not enter health data or other special categories of data.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering enquiries and pre-contractual and contractual activities (Art. 6(1)(b)); managing your account at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)); legal obligations such as tax (Art. 6(1)(c)); site security and protection of our rights (Art. 6(1)(f)). We send no marketing without consent.

Retention

Enquiries not followed by an engagement: 24 months. Account data: until deletion, which you can do at any time from the account page. Contract and accounting data: for the statutory period (normally ten years). Browsing data: per Cloudflare's policies, for short periods.

Recipients and transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, content delivery, account storage, AI service) as processor; our email provider; tax advisers for legal obligations. Cloudflare may process data in the United States: transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Cloudflare adheres, and on standard contractual clauses. Data are not published.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing (Arts. 15–22), by writing to info@simonluowei.com. You can export and delete your account data yourself. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

The site is not intended for people under 18.
