In the enterprise
The hexagram of insight, market research and exemplary leadership: strategic diagnosis, due diligence, ethnographic research, brand image. 'Guan' means both to observe and to be seen—a company is both observer and observed.
Psychological lens
Resonates with metacognition and self-awareness; 'contemplating my life' is Schön's reflective practice, 'boylike contemplation' is heuristic, shallow processing.
